Where is "level" determined on a fifth wheel?
Or in my case, a gooseneck horse trailer? What is the place a manufacturer base the placement of the levels off of if I were to double check?

If you want it perfect use a lazer level and adjust the 4 corners of the bottom of the frame then apply levels in the level position.
