Where is "level" determined on a fifth wheel?
Or in my case, a gooseneck horse trailer? What is the place a manufacturer base the placement of the levels off of if I were to double check?

I checked the frig first. Nice and level (don't want to ruin the frig). Second, I realized the stove was nice and level too (don't want to have my eggs off center), then I found a real easy place on my counter to put my torpedo level. So now I know that when my counter is level, everything else is too.
