Where is "level" determined on a fifth wheel?
Or in my case, a gooseneck horse trailer? What is the place a manufacturer base the placement of the levels off of if I were to double check?

Some folks make far too big an issue out of perfectly level. I leveled mine once, on the floor over the axles. Screwed levels to the outside, and never give it another thought. If your stove or your fridge were so far out of level with the floor as to matter, you have some serious build issues.
