Personally I would not go with a Cummins/Onan new. They have cheapened up their low KW RV Genny's so IMO they are no better than Champion, Durostar etc.
The Cummins/Onan no longer have oil Pumps, filters and I believe the Low oil cutoff has been removed as I can no longer find it in their literature. Instead they have gone to splash oiling which is far inferior to me.
Champion has a nice dual fuel

HAve a mobile RV mechanic install. The only problem I have with the Champion is the unit is to tall for my rigs compartment
