There is the matter of WHERE is this vehicle going to be registered. Insurance when driving on a foreign drivers license. The transfer of funds to pay for it from your bank to the dealer.
It is not like going into Walmart & coming out with a cartload of stuff. Nowhere near that simple.
I have done all this research that you mention thats why I didn't ask about any of it in my OP.
