My Reese 16k after 10 years had totally shot bushings. The thing head just flopped and banged around. Got to be just a nightmare to hitch and unhitch.
Replaced it with a B&W and it's a huge improvement. Wish I hadn't waited so long.
I just mentioned this on another post. Nice to have another brand FIRST to really appreciate the B&W.
