In a 15" LRE, I'm running the Maxxis, headed into year 6, and I've been happy. Happy means, no issues at all with them. My only complaint is that they are hard to find in stock and slow to ship from the warehouse. I just had to replace one due to a nail too close to the edge, and it took over a week to get a tire shipped in.
That new tire will become my spare, because the other 3 are aging out and I should replace at the end of the upcoming season. I'm going to consider the Goodyear Endurance when the time comes.
I think those 2 are your best choices in a 15" ST. Pick one.
