Wondering if this water pump is adjustable? If so where is the adjustment screw?

I used a residential handheld shower head that i removed the entire flow restrictor from, worked perfect.
I thought about that but I have too many visitors using it. With a 150gal water tank everyone in a tent wants to be my friend!
