Why a 5th wheel over a tow trailer?
Want are the big advantages of the 5th wheel compared to a tow trailer? I would like to be able to use my bed of my truck to haul things. My brother in-law says he can back up a tow trailer much easi...

Naw. They all fit in the truck bed, TT sleeps ten as well.
I don't ride all the bikes, just one, and riding a bike is not so hard on your knees as a set of stairs.
Lots of folks don't have problems with stairs. I do. But it is NOT 2 steps. It is a minimum of 3 to get in, and 2 or 3 once inside. Comes from the stuff I did to my body when I was young.
I actually wanted a 5er, but couldn't do the stairs, and then when the Grand babies came along. I need the back of the truck for their bikes and things. 5ers are nice. Just not for us.
Then I take it someone else loads all 10 of those bikes into the truck bed?
Nope. I stand in the bed, and someone hands them to me. I get in and out of the bed with the tailgate closed, using the step bumper. I can do steps. they just hurt.
