Why are rear kitchens not so popular?
I read the thread about rear kitchens and all who have them say that they love them and would have no other. If they are so wonderful, then I wonder why most (90+%) of the floor plans manufactured ...

Well DW loves her RK, and I like the mid Living room, yep we have wiped out the door shelves on the Refer ONCE! The reason was an extremely rough spot on the 101 coast highway near Seaside. When we hit it with the truck at the posted 45 mph we got a hard bounce. Looking in the mirrors at the 5er, I thought it left the ground. The truck had a a new set of Bilstien 5100's the 5er no shocks. Well $240 later and the 5er has a full set of shocks, and have not had an issue since. I think the RK is worth the shocks, the 5er tows way better also.
