We have a Jayco with a rear kitchen. We like the layout with an outside door right in the kitchen. It works for us right now. Our particular RK does allow us to open the fridge with the slide fully retracted which is great when traveling.
Things do bounce around a bit when traveling, the drawers ALWAYS pop out when traveling. I have to constantly tighten up the mounts holding the stove and had to re-support the microwave to prevent it from falling out when traveling. I've even had the drain plug for the sink pop out and windup on the floor. Everything has to be well secured for traveling.
Next trailer will NOT be a rear kitchen, but rather a rear living room.
