Why are rear kitchens not so popular?
I read the thread about rear kitchens and all who have them say that they love them and would have no other. If they are so wonderful, then I wonder why most (90+%) of the floor plans manufactured ...

We have a rear kitchen and love it! The one thing that might turn people away is that the huge window is located on the side. We almost only boondock so the big side window is great, but on the occasions when we go into a campground or RV park that big window is looking right at the next door camper. If that window was in the back the view would be better while in a park.
As I said before I absolutely love our RK unit, but if we did the RV park thing I would seriously think about something different.
