Why are rear kitchens not so popular?
I read the thread about rear kitchens and all who have them say that they love them and would have no other. If they are so wonderful, then I wonder why most (90+%) of the floor plans manufactured ...

After I saw a rear kitchen, Bayhilll, when the salesman takes me to a middle kitchen, it just looks weird to me! I do not like the feeling of walking into the kitchen. I have to see some more RK models, but eyes have changed after seeing this new possibility.
I hope that we can find some not too far away. They are rare to find around these parts. Add to that, that we really want a W/D prep and that narrows down the field even more!
