Why are rear kitchens not so popular?
I read the thread about rear kitchens and all who have them say that they love them and would have no other. If they are so wonderful, then I wonder why most (90+%) of the floor plans manufactured ...

In the Rear Living plan, there is a sense of spaciousness because there is one long space that flows....due to the space being divided vertically.
However, in the rear kitchen plan, the kitchen and living areas are divided horizontally, so I wonder if it makes the living area feel small if you are in an under 35' 5'er?
Does anyone feel cramped in the LR and wish that it were bigger?
