Chose a 5er due to our usage. Even in years when we may be in the 5er 30 or more days, we may be actually on the highway less than 10 days and less than 3,00 miles. Some years less than that. Did not see a reason to have an extra engine and drive train sitting idle 355 days or more per year and so few miles. If we covered 15,000 or miles per year we might have chosen a MH. But for the most part we liked the 5er floorplans better.
And I like driving my truck as a daily driver and would probably have one any way.
