Everyone seems to overlook the Safety aspect of this decision.
With the exception of older Bluebird Wanderlodges and Prevosts, most Class A's are not crash rated. Plus, if someone is up using the amenities during a crash, they won't fare very well.
In contrast, the tow vehicle you use with your fiver has a NHTSA crash rating, multiple airbags and every occupant is restrained.
When you get to your campsite, a typical fiver has every feature and amenity that a Class A has and usually more inside storage and headroom.
