to nc hauler: My buddy had the Dodge Ram with cummings and had several issues. He had to replace 3 turbos and had front end problems twice and all before 100K miles. There were more minor problems but I would say that there were issues with the RAM. If you check the blogs( like on any truck) you can find several issues. I guess it's what you like the best.
Still a member on the Dieselplace, though I haven't posted on it since 2010...Do spend time on TDR as well as the Cummins Forum and again, you didn't state what year(s) you're talking about pertaining to the Dodge/Ram truck, but haven't seen or heard about turbo replacements on the 2010's and up, (one's I've owned), but I don't call turbo replacement a "picky issue"...pretty big deal like some of the over heating issues we had with the 05 LLY in the GM/Chevy D/A trucks, (I had one), but I guess one digs deep enough, we can find good in all of them as well as bad...depends on how big of a fan one is of a particular fan...me? guess I"m a Ram truck guy now, but still like the D/A trucks also... I have 20,200 trouble free miles on this truck, it's my daily driver and tows my 5er, loaded to 16,200# effortlessly...zero issues with truck..

How did you roll back your ODO??????
Or did you remember having 100 troubled miles? ;)
