First off there is no way in heck I would buy a new trailer with 15 inch wheels. That would tell me that it has low cpacities, low axle ratings and limited to cheap ST tires. You might want to continue your search for trailers with at least 16 inch wheels. That way you can install quality LT tires when the cheap China bombs blow out.
