Will slider hitch work in F-150 with 5.5" box?
Thinking of getting F-150 eco to pull 7800# 5ver. Truck is crew cab with short box..will super slide hitch work?

I noticed some, but not all, of the sliders state "not for under 6' bed", or some such. The few I looked at had differing slide lengths, 8" up to 12", a short slide might have something to do with the statement. I was looking at lighter limit hitches, 15-18k.
