I once towed a 37 ft. fiver with a short bed Ram. It was ok but the bigger and heavier you get the dually is so much more stable. I tow one of those wide bodies you can see in my sig and you can see my Ram of choice. My 5er is listed at I believe 38'11'' According to DRV that is from pin box to rear cap. Cap to cap according to DRV it is 40'6' and I carry two bikes on the back. That adds about 3' to my length. The fiver is 101' wide. Since May 18 we have traveled about 13,000 miles. We left Fla. and have travel through the Midwest, upper Midwest and the west. Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho and Colorado to name a few This is my second dually and as long as I own and travel with a larger fiver that is all I will own. As far as moving no issue. We camped at National Parks, State Parks and private parks. I just always pick sites that list at least 40' max length. You need to match your fiver to your tow rig. Good luck.
