I still believe that a powder coated frame should not start off with rust. It could rust after many years of use but, should not come from the factory with rust.
RIGHT ON--there should NOT be any rust if it was powder coated correctly
Even if NOT a powder coated frame, You do not need the RUST. Exposure to SALT air is PROBLEM for improperly treated iron
STAND YOUR GROUND-you do not need to be taken advantage of

AND I always thought Winnebago was good stuff?
