Can't find any info on winterizing a black tank flush line. The part where you hook up your hose to flush our your black tank. I know ours drains where we unhook our hose, but dose this drain the part...

I live in Western NY and have always blown out my back tank flush with air using the same 50 cent garden hose threaded air chuck adapter. Takes about 3 seconds.
