wiring 2007 fleetwood nitrous hyperlight toyhauler

In the cabinet above the stereo are four bare wires. Two wires are #6 and two wires are #12 size. Our problem is the batteries will charge with the 4000 watt onan using shore power the inverter will...

I looked on line and found the manual for wfco 45 amp converter and found that if the batters where connected in reverse polarity it blows the 2 30 amp, Sure enough one more problem solved. Im confused about the hot number 6 wire inside the rig above the radio. Could it be for a battery?
