I have had 4 RVs over the last 20 years. My current RV is a 2013 Keystone Raptor. They all have required warranty repair work. But this Raptor during our last trip had a catastrophic frame falure. We were lucky that know one was killed. After over three months fighting with Keystone they repaired the frame and repaired the cross member welds that failed. But none of the damage caused by the frame failure. Which cost me over $5000.00 to repair to make the trailer road worthy. Keystone has the worst customer service I have seen.
