I still say that the single biggest issue with the RV industry is that the mfrs pay by the piece and not a straight wage. If they would do that, and cut output by just a few units per week, the quality would go way up, IMO.

I think they should have to sign units they build. They could base bonus and raises on the amount of return for warranty work.
Custom builders don't rush and do a great job but very few people can afford 150k + for a RV.
