We recently bought a FR TT Wildwood LE29BHBS 2008. I have been trying to understand the tire load rating label located on the rear side label near the front.
The tire load label on the side of my LE 29BHBS TT says 3596 lbs. Model of tire is: ST225/75D15/D cold pressure is 65 psig
In looking on the Carlisle tire site for load ratings it specifies 2540 lbs. I dont know what the 3596 number means. It is a typed value on the tire info label sticker where they list tire size, and cold air pressure. This doesnt seem consistant with a D rated load rating
I would appreciate any ideas people have, I need to understand this. When asking the dealer the comment was the manufacturer wouldnt put anything unsafe on the trailer and i want to know it is satisfactorily designed for the load.
Following is the load info on the TT.
The gross weight rating of the RV is 11,035 pounds

Axle Weight-6820
Dry Ship Weight- 7695
GVWR-11,035---ok off nameplate
