I just picked up my LE3105 from the WW service facility today. I took it in because I found some cracks in the top of the rear cap. Two cracks, one at each corner. While at the repair facility in Perris they also welded some extra braces on the side. Per the letter (class action suit) I received, I thought the stress issues were with the TT, but I figure some extra bracing can't hurt. Overall experience was great. They replaced the cap, fixed a couple of things inside and it was ready before the estimated completion time. Donald was my service writer and he was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
