The dealer SHOULD know better but most don't or just don't care. BUT I would definitely go back to the dealer and point out the fact that they sold you the wrong WD set up.
WW has nothing to do with you getting the wrong bars as the GVWR of 13,000 lbs is clearly advertised.
Your dealer is an idiot as they probably based the WD set up on the UVW Tongue weight and sold you that set up.
It is also OUR responsibility to know our Hitch and TVs weight ratings.
Now sit down as yer no gonna like these numbers:
15 % of 13,000 = 1,950 lbs and that is a number your tongue weight could actually be:E
Time for a new Hitch and WD- You are looking at a Tow Beast or similar
