Hate to bring more bad news but a 2002 Excursion's Towing is WAY under the weight of the FS3000
I have no idea of what is an acceptable weight difference for the weight Police but again yer dealer really has no clue.
V10 3:73 4x2 = 10,100lbs 4x4 = 9,600lbs :E
