I know they are fuzzy but it doesnt take 20 20 vision to see what is going on here.
The photos show a bend in the fs2500 superlite frame right at the rear wheels alowing the frame to "drop" to the rear. The picture of the floor with the flashlight shows the interior wheel well cover and the gap below it and the floor sheating drooping down.
What a mess...
The first photo is from the rear shackle forward showing the significance of the bend in the frame. The second one show the "creese" in the bottom flange.
What i did not take a picture of was that the welds of every cross member running from one side to the other are seperated allowing huge flex everywhere it shouldn't. The upper cabinet where the TV is located has drooped the rear. and the axle has slammed into the frame right at the bend.
The dealer is shipping it to socal and off their hands.
I am a little nervous about a fix for this. I dont belive they can ever get this back to "normal". And do i want to accept a FIX for this. Everything in this trailer has "moved" due to the flex in the frame.
The last photo is taken from top of frame down after my wheel sheered off the lugs and past me on the freeway... rear axle tracking at an angle now.
HELP!
