I have a 2005 FB2200 and my tongue is bent upwards a little over 5 inches from the base of the frame at the body to the end at the tongue. Currently in touch with WW right now as to the course of action to take. I also got the same info from Rafael that only 2000 and 2001 trailers were effected but per the law suit any model trailer built from 98 thur 06 should be eligible for repairs for any frame bending. Mine has a Zieman frame with 3/16 C-shape (not boxed) tongue material.
