I have an 07 FS2500 that I have used about 7 times. Back in March I was checking it out before a 5 day weekend at Hollister and found that the frame was bent between the rear axels on passenger side. The axels were pushed over about 2-3"s therefore causing the tire to wear on the inner wheel well when loaded. One of the tires was worn comppletely smooth in the inside. Long story short, I took many pics and sent to Giant RV in Montclaire as well as WW. This was on Sunday, Monday morning I recieved a call from Giant in shock from the pics I had sent that call was followed in short order by a call from WW. WW sent a driver to my house on Wed and picked up the Trailer in Santa Rosa and 4 weeks later I received it back with a totally upgraded or new frame as well as new sink, new range, roof sag fixed, new refrig wall, floor all repaired and painted, new carpet, new tires. So basically my trailer is like new again and I am completely happy. They really stepped up to the plate for me and for that my hat is off to them. They kept saying that they would take care of everything and they did.
