I have an 07 FS2500 that I have used about 7 times. Back in March I was checking it out before a 5 day weekend at Hollister and found that the frame was bent between the rear axels on passenger side. So basically my trailer is like new again and I am completely happy. They really stepped up to the plate for me and for that my hat is off to them. They kept saying that they would take care of everything and they did.
holy cow... this is the EXACT same thing i am going through.... they picked it up three weeks ago and called me friday ans said it was done and they are going to deliver the coach today or tomorrow.... damn. that was fast... he also stated the same thing... new frame, axles, all undercarriage, etc. the list went on. I hope mine looks like new again.
holy cow again...... Same here, new frame with outriggers, 4 inches taller, so I can go with the 16 inch wheels. They also did all kinds of minor interior appearance improvements and even cleaned the outside and made my bed! It was a one week turn around.

HOLY COW AGAIN..... Well I have a 2007 WW FS2500 I have had for 2 years and just noticed mine bending. Wheel well pulling away from wall and floor and wall panel next to Fridge bulging. I am supposed to take my trailer back to the dealer so they can contact WW about a fix. my dealer does not seem to know what the problem is by me telling them. I would much rather talk to WW direct about this and not hope my dealer handles it properly and fixes it properly.
