Yeah I finally was able to speak to a live person today Rafael Jimenez. They have pics of my bent tongue and agree it needs repaired. He asked me when I plan on coming to Disney and drive the trailer down and they'll fix it.
Let's see 2000 miles from OR roundtrip at 8 MPG x $5 gallon would be over $1250 for fuel alone not to mention at least 5 days of my time. I don't even think it's safe to tow that far in its current condition.
They are looking into a local repair facility for me though on the plus side but expect the cost to be around $1500 for the repair which consists of straightening the frame and boxing in the current C channel steel tongue with a piece of flat steel welded to it.
