I just got done talking with Allen from warranty and Mr. Jimenez the custom service guy both from Warrior and they seem pretty positive that they can resolve this issue in a much more amicable fashion than Giant is doing. I hope WW comes through on this. You'd think after buying 2 Weekend Warrior trailers from Giant in the last 3 years that they wouldn't be so quick to blame and work towards a solution instead of threatening. Unlike alot of people I think that WW is trying hard right now to make amends and will hopefully do the right thing for a loyal customer.
There bluffing, period. I would suggest you stay out of it on all fronts.
