Just got my 26' Superlight back from WW. They did a bunch of warranty repairs including the tongue reinforcement and the axle/hanger reinforcement. Everything looks good (except the way they bent the black pipe gas line to clear the new tongue brace). They even fixed a few things that were just normal wear and tear items and recaulked a bunch of stuff. I'm happy with the way they handled my repairs, all things considered.
I took my trailer into Giant RV (the dealer I bought it from) and they handled everything. All repairs, including transport to WW were completed in under 2 weeks, and completely free. Finally something good comes my way :)
