I own an 08 WW FS2500 with the thicker tongue and A-frame. I have not experienced any of the problems stated in the settlement documentation. I have towed my rig nearly 20K miles and have spent better than 75 nights in it. It has never been to the dealer for warranty service and the only work thats been done to it are the mods I personally installed. Although I regret losing what was left of my warranty, the unit is easy to work on and I prefer to do my own maintenance. That being said, I may still have the prophylactic fix done for peace of mind.
