Have you looked at the frame on this unit to see if it has the old style or the new (fixed) style? If it's the older style, then you're buying a potential problem (big problem). If not, then you can cross that issue off the list and look at it the same way you'd look at any other trailer.
It would be worth buying a VIN report to see what's really happened with this unit. It seems strange to list it as used if it's only transfered from dealer to dealer.
If you've read this whole thread, then you've read about the worst of the problems my family has had with our trailer. In spite of those issues, there's no way to measure the good times we've had.
