We were never able to collect ANYTHING in regards to the class action suit. We were told by our attorney that no one responded to any paperwork not only on our behalf but any that were filed by the numerous people this company left stranded. Not sure if it is true but we heard that the company re-opened in a different state under the wife's name to avoid any further action. Good luck!
