x-chock Tire Locking Chock
Could somebody tell me the pros & cons of x- chocks verses orange chocks for a tandem wheel fifth wheel? I know you have to chock your wheels before you disconnect, but putting this kind of chock on...

Have the X, set them when I unhitch. After I level, I have to reset them. Have actually had them fall out while the levelers were working. Does make me question the effectiveness, but I still use them.
Just a thought here:
Could it be the tires cooling down then softening up?
I know leaf springs un-wrap a bit when relaxed.
This might be spreading the wheels.
