A F250 is going to limit you a lot in fivers. Keep the loaded or GVWR of a fiver under about 11,000 pounds. As for gooseneck hitches? Lots and lots of posts on this subject. Bottom line, not a good idea. Lots of broken frames from the extra stress placed on the frame.
