Other than the gooseneck questions that some have already responded to and I won't due to no experience, why did you hate towing the 33' TT? Was it sway, backing, what? Unless you had a Hensley Arrow for that TT, then towing a fifth wheel WILL be different. We had the Arrow with our 32' TT and the towing experience is the same as our current fifth wheel. Another thing on that gooseneck - how is it as far as bumping and jerking? You'll want a good hitch or pinbox that will absorb and cushion the bumps in the road or you won't like it. Any air ride will make a huge difference whether hitch or pinbox. As you can see by our signature, we have a Hensley TrailerSaver BD3 - the name says it all. Also, backing a fifth wheel is way different than a TT. It's more responsive and that can be a negative when you are first learning.
