Biggest difference between a 33' and 42' is 9'. That will limit you to a lot of CG's. Unless you plan on staying in large CG's or RV parks you will have trouble just navigating thru some.
I highly doubt you will find but a couple 42' 5th wheels that you can tow with that F250. If you don't care about the trucks GVW then you could tow whatever you want. Personal preference as to which load ratings you adhere to.
