Do a little searching and you will find bunkhouse models in all sizes.
Just an example 10k GVWR bunkhouse
That one is under 33 ft and under 10k GVWR.
It is just an example, and I am not recommending a particular model or brand. Just saying, there are probably many more out there from many manufacturers.
