Simple analogy: The force applied at the head of a nail to remove it does not change regardless of how big or small the hammer is you use to pull it.
You may perceive it is easier to remove the nail with a large hammer and the force you exert on the hammer handle is less but the force the head of the nail requires to start coming out does not change.
