Drawbacks? You will have ST tires on your trailer. Unless they are the new Goodyear Endurance ST tires, I would not do it.
Michelin xps ribs or Bridgestone Duravis R250's would be a much better choice in the same size. You did not want to go there, but that is the reality of the situation. Chris
