More experienced posters will come along now with additional suggestions.
I am assuming you know that the entire weight of your rig is not riding on the 225/75R16 LT tires. Many people use that tire on 5200 # axles.
I have always had the same concern about margin of safety and with issues on my BFG Commercial T/A's I went to a 245/75R16LT'LRE which is way much more tire than I need.
