I totally agree with this: "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS OVER KILL". I went with a G over an E rated tire at the recommendation of a trailer shop. Due to the small size difference, I had just 1" of clearance between the tires, and plenty on top. No problems. When you see the thickness and weight of the G rated tires, you will be impressed. If you have a blow out, which I had on my OEM China bombs, you will also tell yourself that there is no such thing as overkill. You don't need to keep the tires at 110psi. Look at load weight and base your psi accordingly. Since coming from an E rated tire the camper only requires 80psi max. I put close to 90psi and when hot they are 100psi. I have a 6 lug wheel and no problems what so ever. They are wearing even all around. So, in my opinion get the most tire you can that will fit and be confident going down the road
Just curious but how many miles do the G tires have on them ??
