108-112 volts sounds pretty marginal. Was the voltage checked during a high demand period? You may also want to check the female receptacle at the post. I'ts possible one of the pins is burned and may also be burning one of the pins in your plug. That's not too uncommon, in my experience.
If I noticed voltage that low I'd run other appliances (fridge & water heater)on LP rather than electric, as was suggested by another respondent. I'd also run the A/C unit temporarily on "fan only" (compressor off) when using the microwave.
