I had to comment when I saw this. We have been FTing for 6 years, and have also had some of our very best experience with the mobile techs. One of the things it seems many of them have going for them is that they have been running their business for 10-20 or even 30 years. On the other hand, it seems some of the dealers or repair centers go through techs fairly often, so experience may be a big factor.
